Delivery

We despatch to addresses in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands). Standard despatch time is 1-2 working days but despatch times for different items can vary, especially for made to order items. For an item's despatch time please check the item description. We will contact you if despatch times are likely to be longer than those stated.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and complete the payment process.

We only accept orders online via our secure Barclays ePDQ page. We DO NOT accept postal or telephone orders or payments. For security reasons we only accept online orders and payments.

Payment and Security

We accept payment by credit or debit card via a secure online payment system by Barclays Bank called ePDQ. Your card details are entered via their secure PCI DSS compliant server. We are 3D Secure. 3D Secure is a scheme implemented by the banks and card schemes as a method of reducing card fraud.

Shipping and Handling

Delivery is within the UK only (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands). Our postage and packing costs are dependent on the items in your final order. Parts of your order may be despatched separately.

P&P is quoted for mainland UK only and may be higher for couriered items if the delivery address is Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands etc. We will contact you if postage costs are going to be higher than those stated online.

Gift eVouchers

Gift eVouchers can be used online to purchase items available at the D for Dog online shop. Simply enter your Gift eVoucher code at checkout. Please see our full Terms and Conditions for details.

Loyalty Points

Registered customers accumulate free Loyalty Points each time they place an order. Loyalty Points can be used against future purchases at D for Dog. Each £1 spent earns 1 Loyalty Point which is worth £0.02 off a future purchase. Loyalty Points can be used once 100 points or more have been collected. To find out more visit Loyalty Points.
